Sherri’s practice in holistic therapies is the culmination of 20 years of work experience and ongoing education in the business world, coaching and holistic methods. Her personal spiritual path led her to work with individuals and couples, integrating her knowledge and experience into a unique service to help her clients ask important questions, set meaningful goals, and realize gratifying results.

Sherri is trained in life coaching techniques through MentorCoach, an ICF-certified coach training program based on the positive psychology concepts pioneered by Dr. Martin Seligman. She is also certified in Transformational Coaching which helps people awaken to the possibilities and discover the potential in their lives.

Sherri completed her Holistic Life Coach certification at the Ohio Academy of Holistic Health, an accredited school for holistic therapies. She is trained extensively to provide such services as:

• Aromatherapy
• Holistic Nutrition
• Herbal uses

 A trained and certified Reiki Master, Sherri uses this energy healing method as a stand-alone treatment or as a complement to coaching. She is also trained in the SomaEnergetics energy re-vitalization technique using tuning forks that are specially tuned to the ancient Solfeggio scale. When combined with Reiki, the results are amazing!

Sherri’s training in Organizational Communications and Marketing along with her experience as an entrepreneur and corporate employee give her a big picture view of how to develop and offer services that target the real concerns and needs of clients. Not only does she use that skill set in her own practice but she offers consulting services to other practitioners who seek to build a viable and profitable business in the holistic health industry.
